By placing an order with IronHide, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services provided by IronHide.

2. Deposit Requirement

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to confirm and secure your order. Production or processing will only commence once the deposit has been received.

3. Warranty

All IronHide products come with a 5 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

4. Product use & Maintenance

Products must be used and maintained in accordance with IronHide guidelines. Improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled in writing before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Lead time & Delivery

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and project scope. IronHide is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which IronHide operates.
